AFS Mosaics has created a new line of ceramic tiles that are based on their signature mixed media designs. The tiles are made by taking clay casts of the mixed media designs and then firing them in a kiln. The M.E.T. Process
Step 1: Inspired Design
Each tile begins as an original AFS Mosaics mixed-media artwork, rich in texture and movement.
Step 2: Clay Casting
A detailed clay mold is made from the artwork , preserving its intricate patterns.
Step 3: Kiln Firing
The clay is kiln-fired at high temperatures, strengthening the tile and enhancing its unique textures.
Step 4: Customization & Color
Tiles can be glazed in various colors and finishes, allowing for personalization to fit any design vision.
Step 5: Versatile Application
